• Monitor staff attendance, duty coverage, and shift schedules.
• Handle patient and visitor complaints, resolving urgent administrative
issues.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.
• Participate in emergency planning and oversee quality and safety
standards.
• Liaise with HR and technical departments to ensure departmental needs
are met.
