• Worked with clients and major hotel operators (Marriott, IHG, Radisson, Hilton and Aqua-Aston)
to generate concepts for mega-scale residential and hospitality projects located in KSA (890, 000
SQM+).
• Contacted major hotel operators, BOH consultants, retail consultants, and traffic consultants to
align a projects facilities criteria, space, and area requirements with the operators design
guidelines, focusing on user experience and economic profitability of the project.
• Produced and delivered ECZA reports to aid the client when applying for all legal permits of
a project.
• Coordinated with multiple disciplines (structural, landscape, interior, and MEP) to assure the
alignment of project packages and compatibility with the projects regional building and FLS codes.
• Acted as Project Manager and Design Architect for a mixed-use hospitality and commercial
development in Riyadh, KSA, coordinating with leading international consultants across all
disciplines to ensure cohesive design and timely deliverables.
• Oversaw meetings with top management personnel to assure project demands are met and
delivered in a timely manner.
• Managed and aided junior design architects to improve efficiency and team coordination.

• Worked with the design team to conceptualize various administrative, residential and landscape
projects.
• Generated forms and 3D masses that align with the concepts and regional building codes to assure
buildable designs.
• Produced architectural and interior technical design packages.
• Produced all marketing materials for urban development projects in collaboration with the
clients sales team, to be used for provisional advertisements.
• Contacted and presented deliverables to the various private and governmental clients individually
and collaboratively with other team members.

• Conducted a study on wall types and flooring materials in relation to the spaces they are used in.
• Developed the BIM model of The LRT project in the New Administrative Capital in terms
of blockwork, flooring, room tags and schedules.

• Received on-site work from the site engineer, making sure it matches the work drawings.
• Conducted BOQ in construction and architectural materials used in The Clove Mall Project.
