Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product
• Lead scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project.
• Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
• Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
• Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
• Prepare governance model across all running projects and foundation building for all development activities & requirements management in all existing instances.

Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and workflows and business processes.
• Lead BA team to Develop usable documentation of business processes, functional requirements, and system requirements to allow the development of software to be efficiently handled.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
• Assess the situation of the target Improvement/solution architecture considering all technical and business limitations where the project's end-product will be deployed.
• Perform a cost/benefit analysis for any suggested changes in the target solution.
• Support internal departments in analyzing big data of current systems and extract this data precisely so decisions can be taken.
• Responsible for the preparation and managing of needed RFP and SOC.

Elicit business requirements from customer business users throughout minor and mega projects.
• Conduct business analysis, analyze business processes and procedures in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions, this includes, but is not limited to, data collection, workflow, reporting requirements, change requests, outcomes, data sharing, Data analysis and security.
• Interact extensively with the business Area Subject Matter Experts to understand the Product and business Processes thoroughly to model AS-IS and To-Be business processes.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement through various meetings with business users and developers.
• Translate the specifications into dynamic and static wireframes.
• Responsible for writing user stories, epics, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Managing product backlog, user stories and cross-product dependencies based on the understanding of the long-term product vision and roadmap.
• Recommend and model new to be business processes considering rules and regulations.
• Validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements with business owners.
• Model all Functional requirements using modeling techniques and tools depending on UML, BPM or Agile approach.
• Document all business requirements (Product Scope, SRS, BRD, DFD, and ERD), gap analysis, system setup, and design specification and training manuals.
• Determine Product scope with documentation to define what included and excluded to the product.

Preparing and conducting system analysis and the new features designs using use case
scenarios, user stories, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sketching and process modeling.
• Work with other company’s staff to ensure that configuration is implemented and validated in
agreement with the contract and business analysis.
• Architect solutions and deliver new user stories to developers and tracking development through
agile methodology and project life cycle (iteration).
• Conduct application training for customers/super users/administrators and create appropriate
documentation for referencing best practices and knowledge transfer.
• Support improvements of the implementation methodology by recommending changes to
business process templates, systems configuration guides and implementation procedures.
• Work with Project Managers to establish cost and time estimates for implementation.
