Analyse the existing process to identify opportunities for improvements while developing short-and-long term solutions. Lead a team for improvement projects while monitoring progress, implementation. and testing phases. Train and mentor users and team members, document business processes, training manuals and SOPS. Compile and present reports for monitoring and controlling operations.

Developed quality documentation, facilitated continuous improvements, and worked with suppliers and customers to resolve quality/system issues for a Middle Eastern retailer of finishing and furnishing materials. Led a team of QC Technicians accountable for inspecting finished products to ensure product requirements were consistently achieved. Actioned and closed all customer complaints related to production. Some highlights of my completed projects include:
Effectively spearheaded the roll out of SAP PP to all categories category within the company.
Coordinated continuous quality training and assessment for the Production department, ensuring comprehension and adherence to business process and product specifications.
Oversaw the successful implementation of quality testing with cross-functional teams on processes before GO LIVE.
Documented all business processes for SOP Manual for production and coordinated amendment approvals with senior management.
Served as a Change Agent to develop and deploy continuous improvement (CI) strategies. Utilized Lean Six
Sigma processes and technology automation to provide visibility of CI value and impact across the business
units. Collaborated with key business stakeholders and leaders to identify opportunities to deploy CI. Some
highlights of my completed projects include:
Led problem solving efforts to improve quality and eliminate waste in all areas of the manufacturing
process while incorporating root cause analysis to verify permanent corrective actions.
Successfully completed the 1st project to expand retail operations to Dhahran, KSA (2011 to 2012)
and the 2nd project that expanded operations to Riyadh, KSA (2014 to 2015).
Implemented HR system enhancements to improve department productivity (2014 to 2015).
Established standards for measuring performance against process requirements including developing
metrics that provided data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Provided thought leadership in the area of process and continuous improvement and operational
excellence. Some highlights of my completed projects include
Conducted hazard analyses to design quality assurance plans; identified critical control points and
preventative measures; established critical limits, monitored processes, corrective actions, and
verification procedures; monitored inventories.
Improved product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance
audits; investigated customer complaints; collaborated with management to develop new product
and engineering designs, manufacturing, and training methods.
