Provide expertise and experience in key areas and
a project management consulting role to the clients through quality control, timescale planning, process management and risk management.
Provide advice on communication management strategy, quality management strategy, configuration management strategy and managing scope issues.

Perform client management, delivering presentations, monthly financial reporting, feasibility studies, and constant support for all technical, construction and deployment activities, improving customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements were met, and projects were delivered on time, on budget and in compliance to project scope and project plan.
Write and distribute bid packages amounting to 7% of total execution costs that clearly define the scope and general provisions of potential contracts.
Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of all the consultants' teams, with over 10 Consultant firms.
