Finance Management, Controlling & Accounting
 Plan, direct and control all financial management accounting, controlling and reporting activities of the company including preparation and submission of consolidated reports based on IAS/IFRS.
 Prepare forecast for capital budgeting, AR/AP, cost accounting systems, fixed assets ledger and expenditure.
 Perform accounts analysis, loans management, cost and payroll accounting.
 Process Payment Vouchers, Purchase Approval Forms, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Credit-Debit Notes.
 Carry out bank related transactions and conduct monthly settlement.
 Direct handling of books of accounts up to completion ensuring zero error tolerance.
 Classify and maintain monthly balance sheets, financial statements and quarterly reports.
 Consolidate financial statement and management reports viz. Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet. Etc.
 Review financial statements, activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
 Follow up of sales reports from agents/GSA/CASS and identify discrepancy in AWBs.
 Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations as well as new ventures to project future revenues and expenses or to provide any other advice.
 Provide management with a clear understanding of financial performance and financial effects/implications of business plans and strategies including ways and means of maximize profitability.
 Thoroughly check financial and operational activities for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures in recording transactions, identify key risk areas and report on abnormalities.
 Coordinate an operational - financial audit that summarizes organization’s financial position.
 Uphold awareness of applicable standards and regulations to maintain up-to-date compliance.
 Support technological projects aimed to heighten operational efficiency, support identifications, analysis, execution, testing and roll-out thereof to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
