• Study/Review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, clients
requirements, etc. from the tender documents for proper estimating works.
• Participating in tender Go/No Go Decision.
• Cost analysis of structure and architecture elements using Candy software (CCS).
• Preparing technical queries regarding missing drawings, specifications, and BOQ information.
• Quantity survey of all architectural, Structural, and Site Works items.
• Prepare and send RFQs for all items to all approved and equivalent suppliers/subcontractors to
gather the necessary quotations.
• Follow up with the Subcontractors / Suppliers to receive the offers/quotations.
• Evaluate the technical and commercial aspects of supplier and subcontractor quotations as per
the tender requirements.
• Verify all received addenda and communications from the client, ensuring that all items are clarified
and considered in the pricing.
• Preparing value engineering when required or permitted.
• Preparing a preliminary estimate based on the clients brief to help determine if the proposed project
aligns with their financial expectations capacity.
• Attending pre-tender meetings and site visits.

• Submit Company`s Interim Payment.
• Issue Contractor`s monthly payments and check quantities and unit rates to be applied.
• Revise Quantities from Project drawings.
• Track Changes in plans or construction for addition or omission change requests.
• Produce periodic cost forecasts.

• Issue Contractor`s monthly payments and check quantities and unit rates to be applied.
• Monitor materials delivered to site.
• Revise Quantities from Project drawings.
• Compare Actual works to the breakdown of Lump-Sum items.
• Track Changes in plans or construction for addition or omission change requests.
• Advise the Project Manager on issues related to contract Change requests.
• Produce periodic cost forecasts.

• Apply approved drawings at site as per contract specifications.
• Submit daily reports to section engineer.
• Supervision at site works (Civil & Architecture).
• Supervision at sub-contractor work.
• Coordinate tasked works among several departments.
