• Install, configure, operate & troubleshoot medium-size routed & switched networks.
• Install, configure, operate & troubleshoot Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012.

• Receive any issues or bugs about application & feedback Abu Dhabi Center about it.
• Backup enumerator's data before make any updates.
• Instruct enumerators how to use iPad & teach them how to fill ABD Census 2011 questionnaire. \n• Taking care of iPads & install ABD Census software’s update on it daily on time during the project. \n• Dealing with iPad user’s issues & inquiry. \n• In charge of install fingerprint device, take enumerator’s fingerprint daily, save the record, make a backup & send it to project’s manager day by day. \n• Checking internet connectivity daily on Ibn Khaldoon Center to ensure enumerators could synchronize data they collected from the field daily on time. \n• Insure that all laptops, printers, switches, cables, phones running well every day & making sure of replacement availability. \n• Provide user accounts, password to controller & office manager & guide them how to use back office software to monitor enumerators work on the field & reallocate enumerator’s area. \n• Keep my records, tools & equipment up to date to solve issues efficient & quickly.
