After software house create a new software:
1- Test the application (Q.C)
2- Validate customer needs in the new version (Q.A)
3- Create User manuals and deployment guide (Documentation)
4- Translate applications (from-to) English if required (Translation)
5- Deploy and install the new version-customer side (Deployment)
6- Do training for the client (Training in Arabic and English)
7- Receive customer complains and troubleshooting (Support)
8- Be responsible for the SQL-Database if required (DBA)
I’m the Database administrator for the Egyptian National Traffic System in the Ministry Of Interior - Data Center.
Also I apply the migration process of the old traffic system data (Oracle) to our SQL database using VS.
