- Measure the “Design Standard Time” for the Trim Line processes using synthetic time tables.
- Analyze & report the sales of the various vehicles lines versus the sales forecast.
- Coordinate the Vehicles delivery to customers through Issuing & delivering the Ownership Certificates.
- The company is manufacturing Foam, Mattresses, Furniture and Upholstery.
- Develop the Re-Order level concept to generate an automatically report via the ERP System.
- Control the Raw Material inventories' levels daily by issuing re-order Level report through the ERP system.

The study enabled me to learn how to develop and manage production processes, choose materials for products, technological equipment and ensure its operation, analyze technical problems of production. The study also deepen my knowledge in production technologies and management.
