3) Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media pograms.
4) Analyze, review and reports an effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
5) Monitor and engage in online conversations about the company and resolve consumer complaints found online.
6) Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys online to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by the organization.
7) Weekly Status Report (align with digital marketing manager)
8) Develop content across owned and earned social media channels (facebook/instagram/blog posts/website)
9) Reports (based on facebook insights) at the end of the month
10) Online competitions based on occasions (Ramadan, world cup, christmas ..)
11) Extra research for any task(s) required from the corportate marketing department
