a. Assist the Area Manager in maintaning and documenting files.
b. Assist the Area Manager in preparation of monthly reports.
c. Document incoming and outgoing correspondences and memos.
d. Prepare requisitions of office supplies and other materials needed.
e. Ensure that all required area reports and documents are submitted on time.
f. Ensure that directives, memos and communications issued by the Director - Outstations and Area Managers are properly disseminated.
g. Prepare Business Travel Authorization (BTA), trip pass and hotel accommodation and the corresponding Travel Expense Report of personnel on official travels.
h. Collate Operational data for dissemination to concerned departments.
i. Handle monthly tracking of budget vs. actual expenses of Airport Services - Domestic Operations.
j. Perform other task as may be assigned by the Area Manager / Manager, Administration / Station Manager, as applicable.
