Conduct in depth nutritional assessment and develop individualized diet plans for assigned patients.
•Implement the devised diet plans in accordance to the nutrition standards of healthcare.
•Provide individual and group counseling sessions to improve patients’ performance.
•Coordinate with the medical team regarding patient meal services and special considerations.
•Ensure safety of distributed meals and food products.
•Inspect food items and kitchen to ensure that specific regulations are being followed.
Ensure all current requirements and regulations are being met.
•Ensure that all employees are compliant with food safety and proper hygiene requirements.
•Train industry personnel on food safety issues.
•Prepare and conduct in-house audits and update records.
•Update food safety manuals.
•Use SOP audits.
•Coordinate budgets with management and communicate concerns and/or non-compliant food industry personnel concerns.

•Completed dietary education for the pediatrics population from different Lebanese schools.
•Completed a cooking camp for teenagers at Flavour cooking school, Chicago IL, USA & Won the first prize.
