Developed detailed Business Cutover Plan for SIOCS launching (Store Inventory
Cloud Services) tailored to each functional or business go-live, including
"Cutoffs, " "Get Fit Fors, " and "First Ofs, " considering Brand, model, and Function
for Stores of the Future Project. Received 2 Alshaya Recognition Club for
going up and beyond the service given to colleagues on the onset of the
project.
Aligned the Business Cutover Plan with Technical Cutover and Data Migration
Plans through collaboration with Technical Cutover leads and Data leads.
Effectively communicated the cutover plan to stakeholders (SMEs, Brand and
Operations Managers, C levels and Executives), ensuring clarity and alignment
throughout the organization. Utilized dynamic dashboards to provide real-time
project status updates across all GCC markets and key performance metrics to
higher management, resulting in a 50% increase in informed decision-making
accuracy and a 30% reduction in response time to potential roadblocks by
highlighting automatically all late and critical activities especially with
dependencies to other teams. Completed all activities a week earlier than target
deadlines
Participated in Cutover Checkpoints and Standups, representing the Business
Cutover activities and stakeholder perspectives.
Identified risks and issues, proposed mitigating actions, and escalated as
necessary to ensure smooth cutover operations.
Identified Lessons Learnt from each cutover and facilitated actionable changes
based on the findings.
Participated in the Control Tower, Support, and Solutions Hub during the
Hypercare period, acting as a key coordinator and escalating risks and issues for
Business end users.
Acted as the primary point of contact for Business users during the Hypercare
period, promptly addressing their issues and proactively participate in root
cause analysis and solution recommendations.
