I answer email and redirect general inquiries by email and telephone. I also
set appointments for our client. I also do secretarial jobs such as writing
letters, purchasing orders and materials. My responsibilities are to ensure
that clients meet their expectations with the dental center and give them full
service they need, answer customers’ inquiries and give assistance as well.
Office Admin
Assigned in Singapore Airlines to ensure there is no possible damage in every luggage. Meet and greet the passengers. Checking in the flight status of every passengers.
Make travel bookings and hotel reservations to clients. Answer phone queries of clients. Assist in US and Japanese visas to clients.
Museum researcher. Co-curate the museum itself and each art pieces. Special event organizer. Did inventories of each art pieces.
