Performs the following everyday: Prepares and monitors daily reconciliation of Subsidiary Ledger and
General Ledger accounts of Consumer Loan products; prepares accounting entries for reclassification to minimize float items; coordinate items and adjustment to all the concerned units/departments to ensure floats disposition;preparation of reconciliation reports; answering emails and telephone inquiries of the internal clients.
Performs the following everyday : Correct, process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers; review and code financial information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports;and maintain records.
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director on all personnel matters and assists other duties as assigned such as preparing new employees files, processes mail and prepare correspondence.
