• As Claims officer:
• Handing Cargo claims submitted by customers.
• Arrange for joint surveys with all stakeholders.
• Handling Claims from ONE against container terminals, and apply third party recovery when needed.
• Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Handling the Uncollected Cargo process from the end of the free time till cargo release.
• As Compliance officer:
• Assure the right understanding and implementing the company process and code of conduct with full adherence, to all the staff.
• Train the staff on the compliance pillars.
• Assure that all the sanctions imposed by EU, OFAC and UK are fully adhered to.
• Align with the regional Legal team regarding passing the updates to the Staff in Egypt.
• Assure that the extraterritorial-laws and regulations are fully adhered to

• Represent the investors as the co-founders and registering companies.
• Handling the process of issuing foreigners work visa and work permissions.
• Responsible for general assembly meetings authorization for companys customers.
• Responsible for companys investors governmental permissions.
• Representing bidders for Vessels selling and joining public auctions on their behalf.
• Representing Vessels owners during maritime lawsuit and conflicts.
• Handling labor law lawsuits and litigations.
• Responsible for modifying the general assembly meetings authorization for firms clients.
• Handling for civil lawsuits and litigations.
• Provide Legal opinion upon requested.
Bachelor's degree in Law (English Section)
