-Successfully increased the Export lifting’s for EL SOKHNA port service from 30 TEUs/vessel to 150-175TEUs/vessel.
-Strated the first Export reefer booking from El Sokhna to the Far East and maintained customer data base (Egyptian major customers) and regular reefer shipments (seasonal and Frozen Cargo)
-Changed the concept of stuffing the Rock Phosphate cargo in 20’DC to be stuffed in 40’DC-HC which satisfied the shippers and principals in Evergreen HQ as well.
-Opened new routs from EL Sokhna port to Australia and India main ports via Singapore.
-Organized the empty equipment’s distribution among the Marble clients in Alexandria port which made the top management and marble clients satisfied and assisted to increase the marble vol. from 100x2’dc to 200x2’dc ./vessel Alexandria//China.
-Improved export shipments from Port Said to India used the world alliance service ISE service by securing clover seeds shipments
