• Responsible for Reviewing the monthly invoices before submitting to the client.
• Dealing with the contract with client, sub-contractors and suppliers and following any changes or modifications.
• Initiating the Award letters for the sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Responsible for revising all the Variation Orders submitted from the contractor.
• Responsible for studying the Changes and its impact on time and cost.
• Responsible for preparing snag list and close-out matrix.
• Responsible for Preparing the monthly invoices.
• Supporting the procurement department in the procurement plan.

• Preparing the justifications for the Vos to be submitted officially.
• Responsible for tracking the submissions from all disciplines.
• Responsible for following the update of all structural shop drawings and study technical problems.
• Responsible for coordination between civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural at sites.
• Responsible for following the work at the site and make the organization chart for the teamwork in the area.
• Revising the contract and study all the changes comes up in the site or the drawings.
