◦ Supporting Workshop Manager in all administrative activities
◦ In charge of purchasing all equipment according to National Authority for Tunnels (NAT) specifications
◦ Accountable of the warranty phase of the workshop equipment
◦ Responsible for contacting both suppliers and customers to solve any issues related to the equipment
◦ In charge of EHS rules implementation, by setting up EHS guidelines to be shared with the maintenance team and reporting any violations
◦ Implementing MMS (Maintenance Management System) software for all machines and responsible for inputting its data (preventive and corrective reporting)
◦ Planning and reporting maintenance activities, by preparing maintenance schedule and following up to make sure maintenance is executed on time by using MMS
◦ Responsible for lathe-on-pit (profiling the train wheel set) operation and maintenance
