• Project management and day to day tracking of key tasks across different workstreams.

typically includes designing Organization Structure for Finance function and Designing

consolidated financial statements.
• Cash to accruals transformation based on international standard, such as IFRS and IPSAS.
• Leading streamlines within the projects; through supervising staff, managing of services to
clients and abiding by the project budget.
• Understand the client business and enhance the communication effectiveness in order to
achieve the desired outcomes.
• Drive the change momentum and manage stakeholder’s expectations.
» Identify operational inefficiencies within the client organization, common issues or trends facing the client business functions and determine improvement areas and potential actions to address those issues.
» Develop and manage good client relations producing outputs which meet client expectations and Deloitte standards
» Currently working on service costing project for the Dubai government.
» Take personal responsibility for the performance management process. Continuously monitor self against the framework; Receive feedback with open mind and adjusts work effort appropriately; Pursue activities to develop relevant competencies, including participation in appropriate learning opportunities.
» Understand the client business at the set of the engagement, develop work plans, be responsible for the effective day to day delivery, and nurture client relationship.
Main Responsibilities:
- Audit planning and the delivery of the audit plan to the client
- Day to day management of field teams, including reviewing work of staff members
- Liaison with key client staff providing timely reporting and management information
- Management of reporting requirements, including attendance at meetings.
- Lead teams on challenging engagements, including transaction and project work
- Develop and mentor more junior members of staff involvement in tendering for new clients
(Indurstry Speciality: Healthcare, Tourism and Hotels, Governement (Communication), Retail, Manufacturing)
Significant Role & Responsibilities:
Plan audit engagements; Risk assessment procedures, overall audit plan which include the understanding of the entity and its environment, determining materiality, accounting process, control environment(overall design and implementation of the internal controls)
Designing and performing audit procedures to address the risks identified at the planning stage (audit programs)
Audit Management; Meeting engagement budgets and deadlines
Routine meetings with relevant client personnel and preparation of meeting minutes.
Supervision of junior staff on the engagement: Planning their job schedule to meet the reporting deadlines, introducing them to and training them in new auditing and accounting concepts. Encouraging and assisting them in building/maintaining healthy relationships with the client.
Reporting and concluding; Drawing relevant conclusions based on the audit procedures performed, preparing reporting packages which are reviewed by the engagement supervisors and managers.
