- Managing all site-wide RFP development and delivery for over 200 construction packages for a multi-billion $ mega development implementing a competitive procurement approach.

- Lead the procurement delivery and manage material technical approvals in accordance with project requirements.
- Render direct support to project cost controls in procurement-related activities, bid versus buy analysis, and cash flow plans coordination for managing project spend.

- Managed procurement for Civil subcontract works, overseeing and developing the tender documents, evaluation, negotiation and award.

*Enforcing the Project Requirements & Specifications, inspection of all civil related activities, making sure they follow QC functions.
*Inspection of raw materials, review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.
*Quality assurance of concrete design mixes.
*Field material testing.
*Reviewing work procedures, ITP, MS and SHDs.
*Enforcing the project Specifications & inspection of all civil related activities for the following.
-Buildings Concrete & Block Works, Swimming Pools, Marble flooring, Sanitary Works, Landscape, Soil Replacement, Plastering and Field Testing of material.
