Deal Origination:
o Identifying, developing and maintaining deal referral network
o Measure and report effectiveness of referral network
• Transaction Development:
o Deal sourcing and effectively promote GroFin value offering
o Managing the application screening process
o Building customized business plans and financial models based on client’s industry
o Preparing Investment proposals for Board of Directors -BOD- review including investment
memo, financial model, projections and stress testing, pricing and ROI
• Portfolio Management:
o Oversee employees and activities across a variety of private sector organizations

Conducting thorough senior leadership teams (SLT) assessments, identifying company’s growth
potentials and working closely with the assigned teams to achieve the forecasted growth
• Analyzing new investment and business opportunities through valuation models
• Identifying and mitigating various risks involved in both pre-&-post stages of strategy implementation
• Building a forecast model to analyze current operations and annual trends, this contributed to the
creation of contingency low risk fund in order to hedge operational risk
• Evaluating cross-company activities for best-practices efficiency opportunities, setting KPI’s and
rescheduling the funds disbursement in order to competitively capture the best opportunities in the
market for every sector invested in
• Researching competitors for market comparisons and potential savings in operational changes
• Led monthly financial operations reporting package preparation, company’s financial status, variance
analysis and forecasted budget to be presented to the company’s stake holders
• Developing new financial models evaluate strategic initiatives (e.g. outsourcing, capital investments, cost
containment)
• Set KPI’s in order to maintain the desired growth for partner companies
• Analyzed P&L and worked with internal departments to research SWOT and corrective plans
• Insuring Implementation of IFC’s startup guide as well as other best in class corporate governances to
our partners in order to increase their valuation
• Negotiating a deal with the leading entrepreneurial TV shows
