Work as Radio Network Engineer

-Detecting and solving sudden degradations of the KPI caused by H/W problems, topology changes or radio problems.
-Monitoring and analyzing 2G traffic utilization and congestion.;
-Propose different solution for avoiding cell congestion, by traffic parameters tuning, TRXs upgrade request or new sites roll out.
-Perform antenna redesign, AFP and missing Neighbors detection using 9155 RNP Tool.
-Performs field drive test measurement and analysis.
