As the Junior Brand Manager for the Spirits & RTDs segment, I am responsible for all budget issues for the entire spirits portfolio as well as creating the Brand Plan & Review. I am in charge of developing new & innovative Point of Sale Material to enhance the image of our products. I also handle all Below the Line activities related to our brands and have successfully re-launched the “ID Movement” activations in 2009 as well as creating the “Bartenders Academy”, through which we train all bartenders in Egypt. I also head projects related to digital media advertising by creating a blog to interact with our consumers. I am responsible for many new product launches as well as re-launching several of our existing products. I work closely with the production plant, supply chain as well as finance on projects that allow me to make our products as profitable as possible.
