Responsible for overall financial control, financial reporting, and financial supervision
Developing, and maintaining, long-term relationships with the local and international financial institutions in order to avail credit facilities to support the Group's trading activities.

Create financial and activity reports, in addition to forecasts and efective long-term plans and strategies for the benefit of the group.
Prepare the company's budget and identify cost-reduction opportunities after analyzing various metrics, including costs, pricing, sales, and the company's performance compared to the business plans.
Streamline all processes in the finance department, set KPIs, and supervise, as well as develop, staf members.
Assigned with the reexamination and overhauling the entire accounting/ERP system.
Headhunted by the CEO of Mediterraneo Group, a respected trader in grains, pulses, and other commodities in Egypt, UAE, and GCC markets with over 2 million tons of commodities traded per annum.
