Job Description:
• Handles petty cash & maintain cash records & prepares petty cash summary.
• Prepares all related staff`s overtime.
• Monitors daily attendance & sick leaves through updating electronic attendance on a daily basis.
• Checking daily e-mails & action to be taken if required.
• Maintains ministerial documents in store such as trading license, fire license, staff name list, civil Id penalty chart & ensure that all licenses are up to date.
• Handles mailbags in & out of the store &ensuring timely & correct distribution.
• Ensure all filling system is in a systematic manner & availability of all required documentation in store.
• Follows & ensures compliance with company policy & procedure when it comes to stock deliveries.

• Responsible for all actions like (Deductions, Penalties, Warnings, ….etc).
• Interviewing new comers.
• Handling any difficulties with customers.
• Responsible for the financial affairs of the team.
