Role:
• Working on VAS digital platforms of over 45 Tier 1 Mobile Operators and maintaining technical quality of Digital Catalog
• Conceptualising and implementing technical standards of quality for ingestion of digital contents from over 400 Contents Suppliers and width range of type of digital contents (Audio, Video, SMS, MMS, Wallpapers, Images, Banners, etc.)
• Ensure that the content of tapes, CD’s, DVD’s & files meet the correct technical specifications.
• Ensure high quality of content through technical editing.
• Rendering assistance in determining performance measurement parameters such as data and collection frequency, etc.
• Reviewing customer’s technical specifications for over 150 different customers with different kinds of services such as RBT, RT, FT, BGM, video, SMS, MMS, WAP, etc.
• Maintaining hand-over documentation and training operational technicians
• Resolving formatting/editing issues and generating reports to anticipate problems and analyze the reason
• Delivering technical support to Product Specialist to modify contents before the delivery.
• Rendering technical reports to identify cause of problems and forwarding preventive guidance to avoid problems

Role:

• Ensuring sub-titling or dubbing is done for the tapes if required.
• Provide recommendation about the cutting and technical editing alternatives according to the distributing region.
• Monitored levels of inventory of equipment and prepared new digital master for DVD’s & CD’s replication using professional software as Adobe, Pinnacle Studio, Sony, WaveLab, etc.
• Recorded meetings & presentations with video cameras, operate spotlights, adjust amplifiers & graphics used in displays and provided technical support for teleconferences
• Managed assignments for reputed arabic artists like Ragheb Alama, Amr Diab, Shereen, Sameera Saied, Dianna Haddad and Aydah Almenhali
