•Assisting the HR Manager in providing comprehensive personnel and administration services to the store payroll Government relation records as well as leave records this implemented through the following terms:
•Assist in calculating the salaries, wages and all employee benefits, implement the company personnel policy and regulation related to it in a fair manner, but within his delegated authority.
• Ensure proper time and attendance of employees and implement according to the decision of the hr manager the appropriate action against those who misuse the rules.
•Create, update employee information and maintain the filing system especially by using modern technology and electronic mail and facilitate information retrieval at any time needed.
•Maintain accurate employee leave schedule, compensation holidays, and overtime calculation.
• Ensure that employee’s official hiring documents are always valid and update them in the system.
• Prepare the Monthly and Yearly Reports (Head Count, Staff work Force, training and Resignation Analysis).
• Recruitment Sorts and reviews resumes as they arrive on a daily basis. Manages the flow of paper applications and manages the recruiting Cycle. Provides a first review of resumes. Maintains a filing system that retains qualified applications for one year. Conducts new-employee orientation
• Resignation Final Settlement, Exit Form.
• Dealing with Insurance & Labor office (annual and Semi annual Report).
• Investigation Warning Letter and deductions.
• Transportation Follow up (New offer, Schedule and Attending).
