•Full responsibility for the folding carton plant; Safety, Quality, Technical, Maintenance, operations, planning, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing excellence program.
•Responsible for 365 employees on site, in addition to 180 contractors across all departments and functions.
•Responsible for fixed asset of 200 Million SAR, and annual material turnover of 240 Million SAR.
•Responsible for the development of short and long term strategic goals, vision, and key enablers to achieve the overall business commitment.
•Overall accountability of maintaining TDC across the organization, and achieve the topline and bottom line targets.
•Conduct business review with site department managers, to ensure all business aspects are going in the right direction.
•Develop the overall investment plan for the next 5 years to ensure the company is ready for the next years market challenges
•Owns the overall KPI improvement for the site, under the leadership of the respective department/module manager; OEE, cash, stock levels, OTIF…etc
•Responsible for the overall P&L, achieving the committed targets as assigned by the board.
•Responsible for the design of the plant long term strategic goals, vision, and key enablers to achieve the overall business commitment of the company globally.
•The overall owner of the master planning process for all departments and pillars, to ensure that the master plans designed by the department managers is capable of achieving the goals.
•Conduct regular business reviews with all departments and pillars to make sure the site is following the right thought process to highlight losses and deliver targets, and following the aligned master plan.
•The overall owner of the IWS program on site, responsible to ensure all pillars are healthy and properly integrated in the business.
•The daily consultant to the plant manager, site managers, and pillar leaders.
•Responsible for the education of the site leaders on the IWS tools, and how to best utilize them to eliminate losses and drive reapplication and one common standard.
•Lead the Leadership Pillar Team meeting (LPT), where site progression, plant wide issues, and top urgent matters are being discussed for decision making.
•Conduct regular meetings with the site leader to review the site progress, and key support needed to achieve business and IWS goals.
•Conduct pillar internal audits if needed, and ensure gap analysis sufficiency to tackle issues.
•Get involved in critical systems development.
•Zero Loss Journey review and update to ensure losses are driven down close to the ideal state.
• Responsible for all measures of baby care production lines.
• Responsible for the production quality, and adherence to the QAKE system and GMPs.
• Responsible for the capital funding for the production lines.
• Owns the overall budget for the production lines, and responsible for making monthy reviews with the line
managers.
• Lead the DDS (Daily Direction Setting) for the production lines.
• Ensure proper execution for the COTF (Coaching on the floor) system, to maximize managerial intervention with the operators and technicians.
• Develop and Coach the line managers through the DDS cycle.
• Ensure the complete organization is having valid work and development plans that fits with their personal
Interest, and the company CBN (compelling business need)
• Ensure the right mid-range and process control settings are in place.
• Ensure proper systems are in place to enable the organization to improve material utilization.
• Improvement of the PR (Process Reliability) of the lines and control of unplanned stops.
• Responsible for the lines AM (Autonomous Maintenance) coaching and overall execution level.
• Responsible for the overall level of execution of PM (Preventive Maintenance) for the lines, and implementing the right systems to develop the TBM (Time Based Maintenance) strategy.
• Review the monthly analysis done by the line managers to make sure it is tackling the right losses.
• Review the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) done for process failures and breakdowns to ensure corrective actions and systems are being implemented, and feedback to production line design is given if needed.
• Reduce the change-over time on production lines to provide more flexibility for the market initiatives.
• Develop the production lines manager's W&DPs (Work and Development Plans) and manage the career
progression for them.
• Productivity improvement on the lines through ensuring the right organization structure, best resources
utilization and implementation of e-systems.
• Ensure WPI (Work Process Improvement) projects are being implemented to improve the lines work processes.
• Ensure the right execution of the projects and initiatives on the production lines through reviewing the GSUM
(Global Start-Up Management) analysis.
• Lead OPM (Organization Performance Models) for chronic cultural and behavior issues affecting the organization performance.
