Track & ensure quality rating improvement.
Prepare infrastructure to handle complains from drivers side.
Optimize quality process & rating improvement.
Manage a team of 4 working on quality complains queue.
Work closely with drivers & suppliers to improve their rating and retrain the low rated.
Monitor and handle customer feedback
Data analysis about customer rating, defining main bottlenecks & work on solving it.
Organize and coordinate cooperation with "CAREEM" suppliers
Introduce "CAREEM" to newly joined drivers
Update drivers & their car data on CNOC
Setup devices for drivers to be applicable to the standards used in CAREEM in all other cities
Handle inventory stock (devices, chargers, sim cards, holders, car chargers)
Develop training materials for the drivers and suppliers
Train drivers on using device & orient them on solving problems
Ensuring the quality of drivers & their hygiene
Track & monitor drivers, assist in solving issues & handle customer feedbacks
Analyze the fleet team workflow and suggest improvements
Monitor and understand the real estate market
Coordinate and organize between different stakeholders
Analyze customers profiles and demands
Customize the offers based on the customer profile and demands
Schedule appointments with prospective/current clients
Run on-site meetings with prospective clients
Ensure client satisfaction
Follow-up with interested clients
