-Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our driver-partners
-Walk driver-partners through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the Uber platform
-Help existing driver-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed payment)

• Sell vehicles to customers in order to meet or exceed the Sales Target which is set by the management
• Carry out the Sales Activities within the set standards as defined by the Division and the Manufacturer.
• Handle Customer’s Heat efficiently; and know when to escalate it to the higher level.
• Obtain the prospective Customer’s contact details for future follow ups and potential sales opportunity.
• Oversee the preparation for all necessary documents for the successful sale of the Vehicle, including Quotations, Insurance forms and Bank forms.
• Monitor and follow up with the customer on submission of the Deposit, or Cash Payment, and the Purchase Order from a valid Financial Institution, to ensure that the vehicle is fully sold.
• Provide the utmost customer service in order to meet and exceed the set standards as measured against the Manufacturer’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
• Ensure utmost courtesy and consideration for all visitors and customers coming into the showroom.
• Carry out all Post Sales activities, after closing the deal, in order to ensure the timely handover of the vehicle to the customer.
• Prepare all relevant documentations as required to register the vehicle.
• Oversee the preparation for all relevant documentations for Bank and Insurance requirements.
• Ensure that the vehicle delivered matches the specifications requested by the customer, and contains the accessories as agreed upon.
• Follow up with the Traffic Representative for vehicle insurance and registration processing.
• Orient the Customer on the vehicle’s different features and the basic maintenance requirements.
• Handover the vehicle to the customer, upon completion of all documentation.
