-Analyze and optimize production processes to ensure safety while maximizing yield, capacity, and capability in cost effective means while driving to achieve world-class quality levels.
-Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure product specifications and standards are achieved.
-Create and maintain Manufacturing Instructions, routing, and associated processes.
-Apply technical knowledge to innovate, design and develop processes, tooling, assembly fixtures and procedures.
-Monitor and reduce process variation using Statistical Process Control.
-Implement and support Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
-Analyze, develop, process, and implement Engineering Change Orders.
-Responsible for continues process optimization.
-Lead and assist production in all quality and process related topics and issues.
-Support and assist maintenance team in troubleshooting difficult breakdowns and chronic equipment failures.
-Set up of (EBM, SBM, IBM, ISBM) processes to achieve high quality parts.
-Efficient material flow, design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high quality parts.
-Calculating the OEE for each line on a daily basis to assess the lines’ efficiency.
-Making daily/weekly/monthly reports to production manager about the lines’ performance levels and give recommendations for improvement
-Recording all machine downtimes and find root cause
-Monitoring the hygiene, safety and GMP standards in the production area.
-Carrying out weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks.
-Monitoring inventory of raw materials, thus budgeting for and overseeing expenditure towards raw material purchasing for operations as well as auditing usage and accordingly authorizing orders to ensure continual production with minimal idle stock.
