Maintenance and improvement Engineer
Mange a team of four technician, response of all maintenance actions and the continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
• Make sure that all the equipments and machines are working efficiently
• Implementing maintenance working orders to enable to active the maintenance failures.
• Developing preventive maintenance system in the factory.
• Making working procedure for all the machines.
• Involved in all the continuous improvement that enable us to improve the productivity in the factory.
• Research and develop new machines to make new products in the house.
• Mange all the production work, Maintenance include.
• Prepare production plan for the machines.
• coordinate the work plan with production planning to optimize production efficiently.
• Ensure that factory meet the required quality.
• Installed two plastic film machines
