• Identify scope of schedule activities.
• Determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones.
• Establish activity durations and sequence for specific work disciplines.
• Develop quantity release or installation curves for a specific work discipline and review quantity logs to ensure

To perform project cost budget development, monitoring and forecasting; preparation and validation of cost status reports
• Review cost data source documents (PO’s, Subcontracts) and similar documents for assignment of correct cost codes.
• Maintain project records of cost data for all cost analysis and reporting functions from various sources.
• Assemble data for preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts.
• Identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance.
• Calculating, submitting and negotiate the cost impact for all variation order or Damage reports
• Assist in performing planning engineer functions, planes as required.
Provides Work Order planning, schedules and reports for Plant routine maintenance using various project planning software (Microsoft Project & Primavera & Microsoft Office), to produce a wide variety of plans, schedules, estimates, progress reports and ensuring optimum usage of all resources including manpower utilization, activity duration schedules and materials/spares identification and reservation and a good knowledge in making invoices and budgets, working in all mechanical and electrical activity in petrobel co. - Abo Rudes plant (more than 70 activity) ..
