Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation

Contact hotel's sales department for special requests

Extract and provide the management for all reports required
Answering enquiries about visa in emails and telephone call.
Update clients with visa requirements regarding the city they want to visit.
Book appointments with embassies or with centers which is responsible for collecting documents.
Track visa statues with the embassy
Contact Insurance companies for extract insurance for each traveler
Send appeal letters in case of visa rejected
Preparing visa reports.
Review reservation booked daily.
Review arrival report daily.
Ensure special handling of repeats guest and very VIP guest.
Supervising of Group Reservations.
Bring to the attention when any hotel availability status be changed and prepare for necessary action.
Follow daily check-in and check-out and confirm pending future bookings
Make daily report with confirmend, cancelled and pending bookings and send it to mangement
Handle the sudden circumstances of clients.
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Recieve requests from other company's departments, emails, direct calls and etc.
Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
Execute reservations processes via phone, email, and possibly fax
Prompt dealing with the last minute requests.
