1) Overseeing Design and Developments of Application IOS/Andriod and the Website.

4) Creation of the app source XD files based on the technical knowledge of the Database, Backend requirements with consideration of system load.
5) Managing Hosting, Finance, and Shipping Services with Third-Party service providers.
1) Establishing a strategy to fully utilize an E-commerce application, use it effectively and efficiently based on company business needs.
2) Managing Data-Processing Team with extreme attention to detail ( Attributes, Image pixel positioning, quality, and compression )
3) Establishing Categories and Subcategories, assigning tasks for the data-processing team to categorize products accordingly based on our business needs.
4) Establishing a Refund, Return and Reward policy and making sure the environment always adheres to it.
5) Looking out for opportunities from new vendors and suppliers and keeping contact with these vendors for any changes and data exchange on a daily basis.

1) Application Support - trainer.
2) MySQL Database Administrator.
3) Experienced at gathering requirements of upcoming IT projects and updating the requirements on current projects.
4) Testing the new features of new and current projects in an organized, detailed manner. Report issues on email or using a third party application in a semi-professional way.
6) Worked on some tools that includes but not limited by ( WordPress, PrestaShop, OpenCart , RegShot, PhotoScape X on Mac, FastStone Capture, GIMP, Adobe Photoshop, YEd Graph Editor, NaviCat MYSQl Db, Google Web Designer )
Working Mainly in KOC - Kuwait Oil Company Contract. as a First Line Field Support. and Sometimes Second Line depends on the needs . worked for more than a month also in KNPC, OSCOO and KDCC.
Mainly using ITSM . Closing, Delivering and Reassigning calls of both technical and application
Participated of one of the biggest installation projects in Kuwait History by installing more than 8000 Pc with a team that didn't exceed 10 people most of time in only matter of months while keeping the same settings on the new Pcs without losing any files . Definitely one of the most intense periods in my career History.
One of the largest Universities of all of Egypt, I had my good time there before the political mess that started few years back.
