•Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts.
•Manage the budget from identification till completion of Maintenance.
•Create cost Maintenance reports with analysis tools for visualization.
•Identify the yearly KPI's with monitoring to be sure its achievement (Downtime,
Maintenance time, cost, trucks running hours).
•Ensure the planning of Preventive maintenance in the entire plant.
•Ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in the entire plant.
•Ensure the planning & execution of Preventive maintenance of the fleets
maintenance.
•Plan, negotiate & assure the execution of maintenance contracts according to the
technical specs and pre-planned budget..
•Prepare the Investment Budget according to the projects approved by Plant
Manager.
•Ensure the progress of each investment till the final setup of installation.
•Monitor and control the investment budget.
•Manage the spare Parts stock with consuming or requesting special stocks.
•Ensure the PM SAP system is going according to company standard (stocks MRP,
work orders, confirmed hours, planned maintenance, service PRs & POs, etc..)
•Manage, coach and develop the performance of the Maintenance team.
•Ensure the maintenance team is trained, equipped and motivated so the
maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost effective
manner.
•Communicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware.
•Assess & Evaluate each one of the team individually to have a better performance.
•Plan For the Maintenance team training with focusing on the weak points of each
one.
•Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
•Coordinate with the Plant Manager in resolving plant
issues in a timely manner.
•Covering the Plant Manager during periods of absence in
administration tasks, e.g. annual leave, sick leave
•Assisting the Plant Manager in preparing the investment
budget.
•Attending relevant meetings during the absence of the
Plant Manager.
•Maintain projects analytical expenses reports.
•Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of plant
equipment to prevent machine downtime.
•Maintain work area clean, safe and organized for workers.
•Provide training and guidance to workers to meet
performance standards.
•Ensure plant compliance with company policies and
government regulations.
•Create the maintenance report with applying analysis tools for
visualization
•Plan for the PM service & Preventive maintenance of Machines
•Revise manuals & determine spare parts and maintenance plan
•Responsible for planning the lubrication Plan
•Responsible for the execution of Fleets Preventive Plan
•Ensure Execution of Utilities Maintenance: Compressors, pumps,
Generators, ETC...) Either internal maintenance or external service
•Ensure the execution of plant building Maintenance (steel structure,
doors, plumbing pipes, etc
•Coordinate activities with other departments within the plant
•Manage Department factory engineering budgets and support the central
engineering purchasing team by offering expert advice
•Ensure that the service of contractors are received upon company
standards
•Manage the spare Parts stock with consuming or requesting special
stocks
•Create Work orders on SAP PM module
•Revise working hours confirmation on SAP system
•Create maintenance PRs on SAP
•Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures
•Show expertise in working with highly team working spirit either with
colleagues in maintenance team or neighbor departments.
· Participate in the mechanical erection of Knauf Suez Plant.
· Participate in the commissioning period of Knauf Suez
Plant.
· Responsible for the preventive maintenance plan of the
entire plant (Plaster board plant, Metal Profile plant,
powder plant).
· Responsible for the lubrication & inspection plan (Plaster
board plant, Metal Profile plant, powder plant).
· Responsible for the mechanical corrective maintenance.
· Responsible for all the trucks & heavy equipment
maintenance.
· Responsible for the yearly budgeting of the maintenance
department (Plaster board plant, Metal Profile plant,
powder plant).
· Established the maintenance ISO system documentations
in the mechanical department.
· Responsible for SAP PM Module implementation.
· Responsible for the yearly investment plan.
· Worked at maintenance of all the equipment related
to the pollution control at cement industry.
· Electrostatic precipitators Filter, Gravel bed filters,
Bag filter, Cooling tower, Dust transport system
(screws, bucket elevators, rotary, and air slide)
· Balancing of centrifugal fan.
· Participated in four overhaul shutdowns in two dry
lines.
· Participated in three overhaul shutdowns in three wet
lines.
· Participated in three raw mill bag filters (Bag house)
in National cement Company.
· In charge of processing rotary kiln crack.
· In charge of the full maintenance & belt change for
the two main Preheater bucket elevators at Titan
cement company.
· In charge of the erection of bag filter at the packing
area in Tourah cement company.
· Participated in the change of mill court in the
Russian line at NCC.
· In charge of the change of Russian rotary kiln
chains.
· In charge of the erection of the Bypass cooling tower
lower cone.
· Participate in the Conversions of ESP filter to bag
house at Alexandria Portland Cement Company.
· Participate in the change of rotary kiln section at the
Russian line in National Cement Company.
