 Build simulated networks in test labs to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues. and troubleshoot them without any impact on live operations
 Generate standard project documentation including detailed test plan for complex networks.
 Plan and execute complex Network Upgrade and Network Migration activity.
 Providing end to end Implement for Cisco Voice, R&S environment
 Providing end to end Support for Cisco Voice, R&S environment
 Install & Troubleshooting (CUCM, Voice Gateways "H323, MGCP", IP Phones, etc)
 Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, 10.x, 11.x Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting
 Install & Troubleshooting Unity Connection 8.x, 9.x, 10, 11.x
 Install & Troubleshooting IM and Presence
 Install & Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and scripting
 Upgrade CUCM . CUC, UCCX, CUP to the latest versions
 Upgrade CUCM using Prime Collaboration Deployment (PCD)
 Basic installation and troubleshooting cisco expressway
 Basic installation and troubleshooting cisco mediasense
