1. Assist all the network workshop's teams for technical diagnosis and operating methods.
2. To keep informed with the technical evolution, methods, and operations.
3. Help to define the workshop's needs for tooling and equipment.
4. Give technical validation for warranty incidents.
5. Give the on job training to all the technical stuff.
6. Communicate with the platform Level 1&2 in the technical issues.
7. Work on customer complaints transferred from CRM department.
8. Responsible for (parts return) process.
1. Responsible for troubleshooting the technical problems.
2. Participate to the vehicle inspection and set up the diagnosis using the specialized equipment.
3. Do the road tests if necessary.
4. Preparing the daily reports indicating my team performance.
