I oversee recruitment, training, and employee development across the security, facilities management, maintenance, and catering sectors. I focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent, while supporting business growth through effective workforce planning, training, and employee engagement. I work closely with operational leaders to build high-performing teams, enhance performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Duties:
- overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
- strategic planning, process improvement, and execution of HR programs and initiatives to support the overall organizational goals.
- interacts with multiple stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners, to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Oversee HR operations including employee onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, HRIS management, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency

Responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle within an organization. They develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talented individuals that align with the company's goals and culture. The Recruitment Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and human resources, to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage the selection process. They also play a crucial role in employer branding and building strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's goals and talent needs.
2. Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with departmental managers to determine current and future staffing requirements, and create proactive plans to meet those needs.
3. Sourcing

The main purpose of this role is to lead on enhancing the quality of Practical learning experience in the Middle East starting from Egypt
And bringing immediate and lasting changes in the trainees’ work from the next day of the training

Responsible for Recruitment and On boarding process
• Trainers Data Base and credentials
• Responsible for approaching new clients and follow up with existed clients
• Support our client in there TNA (training need analysis)
• Support the development, implementation and evaluation of approved training materials and courses
• Develop new business through actively promoting Talent Training to ensure a full workload is maintained using effective means of business development

• Corporate Recruitment section head for group of companies specified on agriculture, transport, steel manufacturer, computer and networking and schools
• With the full responsibility of dealing with all recruitment agencies all over the world, also dealing with all consulates for immigration registrations
• Also responsible for staff transportation and housing
• Emigration registration processes (India & Philippine & Nepal &Sri Lanka & Egypt &Jordan …ETC.)
