Planning and implementing the Company’s vision in Kuwait.
➢ Responsible for the new openings and expanding the brand in Kuwait.
➢ Handling the lease renewals with all the developers and Owners.
➢ Handling the Lease Agreement singing process and following up with the internal
and external parties to finish the process.
➢ Preparing Leasing plan and reports to have a clear view of the current market
condition.
➢ Advising the Leasing International Management on the new opportunities in
Kuwait Market.
➢ Conducting market research on monthly basis seeking new opportunities.
Implementing Leasing strategy as per business plan and leasing policy.
➢Identify potential clients, present company projects to them and negotiate lease agreements.
➢Ensure adequate tenant mix in line with business plan.
➢Implement lease renewal and tenant retention programs.
➢Monitor the implementation of terms and conditions of lease agreements, including payment terms, quality of service, etc.
➢Maintain database of existing and potential investors.
➢Obtain information on competitor pricing policy, project specifications, etc on a consistent basis and accordingly advise to adjust leasing strategy to position company projects against the competition.
➢Anticipate changing market conditions and take require action to mitigate and avoid them.
➢Complete and update market surveys consistently.
Managing client communications.
➢Advise customers on the right services that would meet their needs.
➢Suggesting interesting products
Handling Customers' inquiries and solving their problems.
➢Offering the customer, the best offers.
➢Following up with the customers to maintain and ensure positive feedback
