Develop strategy to build brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to the brand’s front door
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds accordingly
Manage annual marketing activation plan and calendar focused on driving business into low & shoulder seasons while enhancing the guest experience during peak seasons
Create content strategy for the website, social media platforms & email communications
Deploy marketing campaigns and packages from ideation to execution to support rooms, F&B, spa and banquet sales
Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Support PR and digital media activations
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures
Attend key operational meetings to ensure alignment with all hotel stakeholders
Manage marketing team members consisting of graphic designer, social media executive and marketing executive

Led the relaunch of the enhanced Rixy Kids Club brand (Mar 2019)
Launched the brand’s new Luxury Suite Collection (Feb 2019 | 82 suites added to the hotel inventory)
Led the rebrand of Rixos The Palm Dubai (Jan 2019)
Conceptualised the hotel’s brand video, focusing on family activities interspersed with the hotel’s products and services (Nov 2018)
Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners in operations to create solid marketing plans
Drive strategy, plan and execute marketing initiatives for new projects, menu changes, special menus and rebranding campaigns
Manage annual marketing budgets for individual concepts
Manage brand promotions to drive sales
Conduct research analysis of existing and new digital marketing platforms to determine effectiveness
Manage online restaurant review platforms and vendors (TripAdvisor, Zomato)
Approve local print advertising
Develop and implement in-store marketing materials as required
