• My main duty consists on all customer service concerning:
• Flight Data Management and Stand, Gate, Check-In Counter Allocation
• Gates Premium agent
• Checking Premium agent
• Ticketing Premium agent
• Maple leaf’s lounge Premium agent
• Responsibility for resolving travel issues, selling airline tickets and interacting with travelers at the ticketing counter.

Coordinating day to day activities, Maintaining all tasks related to the student Admission, approach complain.. others plus replacing some teacher when needed, surveying in some exams, communicating & answering many important calls regarding the student admission, dealing with VIP student
Typing documents, letters & distributing memos.
Faxing, photocopying, printing, scanning and filing all students documents.
Working as part of a team and supporting the office manager. Responsible for the day-to-day tasks and administrative duties of the office including covering the reception area.
managing the database, updating information, dealing with daily students inquiries preparing reports, (attendance, warning & student count ….) … Other responsibilities: analyzing, Stationery responsibility purchasing and keeping, SMS sending to students
