• Ensuring the validity of welding machines and its calibration.
• Verify welder and welding procedure qualification compliance.
• Performing Welding and mechanical inspections.
• Performing as built drawings and conducting any necessary modifications in reference mechanical drawings.
• Preparing RT map for the tanks according to API 650.
• Preparing Weld map for the tanks.
• Dimensional inspection of Storage tanks.
• Weld visual inspection of Storage tanks.
• Inspection for Tank Roundness, Peaking, plumbness and Banding.
• Interpretation of Radiographic films.
• Performing all NDE Examinations.
• Responsible against all construction team technical queries and provide them with a suitable reply.
• Identify problems and propose procedural improvements.
• Technical review of project specifications, contracts, and official letters.
• Review contract requirements and vendor/contractor compliance.
• Responsible for making all QC Documentations.

Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM-3) Processing Unit

Responsibilities:
• Operate the DCS (Distributed Control System) for plants startup and shutdown operations in order to meet Companys objectives and production targets.
• Monitor and control all process parameter conditions such as flow rates, pressures, temperatures, levels, etc, through displays, graphics and trend logs.
• Communicate with field operators for parameter adjustments in field.
• Report to Shift Supervisors in case of parameter abnormalities and process deviations immediately.
• Makes minor plant adjustments when necessary and reports any serious faults to the Supervisor with appropriate remedial
actions, implements immediately the approved actions, procedures and standard emergency responses.
• Takes immediate corrective actions to limit risk to personnel, plant equipment and production during emergency situations.
• Monitor & Control the usage of raw materials, chemicals and other plant utilities effectively to an optimum level in safe manner.
• Ensure the safe shutdown, isolation and blow down of relevant Section / plant during emergency situations.
• Assist in studying the problem and issues arising in the operation and process to identify suitable remedial measures.
• Identify and investigate the faults and inform the concerned departments, for remedial action.
• Adhere to Companys HSE policy, standards and approved operating procedures while performing the duties / tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor such as taking part in training / developing new recruits / implementing orientation programmes, preparing necessary reports, plant shutdown and start-up procedures, etc

Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM-2) Processing Unit

Responsibilities:
• Works outside in the plant and is in constant communication with the Panel Operator and Lead operater directly and/or by radio in field operations such as making manual adjustments to valves and equipment etc.
• Observe local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard operating practice.
• Patrol the plant and ensures that the equipment is operating normally and that no unusual conditions exist.
• Responsible for preparing equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required.
• Responsible for preparation such as plant isolation etc., for day-to-day maintenance work.
• Take appropriate actions in accordance with Panel Operator and Lead Operator in case of emergency.

• work with clients and other engineers to define the scope of a project, including the technical requirements and
budgetary constraints.
• Implement designing of the chemical processes in the project, ensuring that these designs are optimized for efficiency,
safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare technical documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs),
and other necessary specifications for the project.
• Responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and that any delays are
addressed promptly.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, construction teams, contractors,
and clients, to ensure that the project is executed smoothly.
