Responsible for setting, prioritising, and accepting the work generated for a team to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product. Gathering feature requests, schedule releases and delivers BRD, SRS, ERD, User-Stories, Backlogs, Sprints. Identifying user needs, help customers understand the business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage releases.
Acting as part-time Full-Stack Team-Leader for leading the development team and keeping HANDS-ON CODING with the latest FULL-STACK technologies; mainly responsible for upgrading Laravel 6 to 8, migrating to Angular 11, RESTful APIs, Ajax, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and Coordinating with mobile team using React-Native.
For the last position I held, I was responsible for automating all the group’s operations and processes under the complete digitisation transition with a new IT-Vision and Mission. Established, implemented, and maintained the ISO/IEC 27001:2017 for the IT department.
Meanwhile, leading and developing with the developers’ team and keeping HANDS-ON CODING with the latest FULL-STACK technologies. (Using: PHP Laravel Platform, RESTful APIs, Angular, VUE, NativeScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, Ajax)

1- Troubleshooting with any electrical device, Software malwares, Servers checks... etc.
2- Preparing Work Permits and Risk assessment matrix for any required task.
3- Fire Watcher in welding jobs related or near to electrical hazardous.

Successfully developed, implemented and evaluated a "Digital Business Transformation Framework for Small and Medium Enterprises". The framework is built upon 10 integrated aspects that help SMEs when adopting the DBT framework to successfully manages and delivers its digital transformation attempt.
I’ve travelled to Finland to take part in the Telecommunications Summer School at Lappeenranta University of Technology.
