responsible for achieving the sales target and supporting customers to ensure reaching the maximum customer satisfaction level.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL KEY TASKS
Receive new client's data and visit's appointments from the call center
Prepare contracts and forms before going to the client
Visit clients and complete the account opening procedures, sign contracts and ensure the cash deposits are done
Handle the program set up and train the clients on how to use the electronic trading and provide all the information/training needed to use the program
Deliver the contracts of the new client's to the auditing department to be reviewed
Responsible for sending the client's password to start using the service.
Responsible for solving client's technical problems on a timely manner.
Keep a record for all the steps and procedures that have been taken for future reference.
Keep a record for any problem, action done, and the final solution to be used as a reference in case of recurrence of this problem.
Solve any problem, and get the client's confirmation of having the problem solved and Ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve at least 97% of the level of customer's satisfaction to meet the required level of service quality.
Follow all procedures and policies correctly.
Implement the action plan and monthly sales target.
