Assists the Branch Manager in all phases of the branch operations and assumes responsibility for the branch in the branch manager absence.
Partner in the planning, organizing & achieving of the branch budget.
Supervise, organize and support Retail & Corporate teams and monitors their performance continuously.
Organizes team work and monitors performance of operations continuously.
Maintain Branch Departmental Control.
Supervises and responsible for accuracy and promptness of the activity of all subordinate employees.
Give advices, guidance, directions and authorization to carry out plans and procedures consistent with the established Bank Policy.
Responsible for all Branch activities ensuring compliance with the relevant internal procedures, transactions, local regulations and Management orders.
Coordinate between the branch and the centralized operations in the Head office.
Controls all documents and transactions processed by the subordinate employees.
Maintain and review branch registers and GLs.
Review branches' daily and monthly reports.
To regularly review customer complaints, approaching complainants personally where required ensuring prompt resolution.
Ensure that all staff are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures to insure the delivery of professional and quality of customer service.
Level of Signature: General A Signature
Responsible for all operational activities in the branch.
Partner in the planning, organizing & achieving of the branch budget.
Responsible for reviewing various types of customers’ accounts, requests and daily cash transactions, accordingly handling various aspects / reports related to these items.
Maintain and review branch registers and GLs.
Review branches' daily and monthly reports.
Approvals /Rejection of individual facilities (i.e. advance salary, cheque book requests).
Ensure abiding to bank policies, procedures, KYC and Compliance regulations.
Supervise, organize and support retail team work and monitors the performance continuously.
To continuously monitor customer satisfaction, mystery shopping results and take measures and initiatives to improve the score.
To regularly review customer complaints, approaching complainants personally where required ensuring prompt resolution.
Ensure that all staff are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures to insure the delivery of professional and quality of customer service.
Build and maintain effective communication with all teams and units to ensure free flow of information, ideas and feedback.
Build and maintain a loyal customer base and ensure continued customer satisfaction.
To ensure staff product knowledge is updated at all times.
