• Prepared the micro slides for Bacteria, fungi, Spider mites and Eriophyid mites.
• Operated different equipment: Microscopes, Centrifuges, Clean Benches, Autoclaves.
• Isolated the microbes from plant tissues: Roots, Tubers, Stem and Leaves.
• Inoculated the pathogens from bacterial canker, Gummosis, Pseudomonas, Verticillium, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Alternaria, Phytopthora.
• Determined Nematodes Population density in soil samples by different methods.
