Heat Recovery analysis for Covidien • Worked with Covidien International Pharmaceuticals in a multi-disciplinary project with 2 other engineers, to analyze 5 critical sites in their existing plant. • Analyzed blow-down from distillation columns, sterilization units, heat exchangers and cooling water systems. • Created various designs as a group to recover heat from these sites and conducted a savings analysis of implementing each. • Responsible as a co-coordinator and treasurer for this design project.
